• RINCONES MISTRALIANOS, to be installed in community libraries in Chile which serve low income areas

• DONATION OF READING GLASSES, a total of 3,000 pairs of reading glasses will be donated and distributed to people in need. Consultation with optometrist and glassess will be free of charge

• POETRY CONTESTS will include the fourth annual "Finding Gabriela" contest in Washington DC; the first "Looking for Gabriela" contest in Waltham, MA; and poetry contests in Chile in the cities of Santiago, Montegrande and Punta Arenas.  

• DOCUMENTARY: GABRIELA MISTRAL: HER LIFE HER LEGACY. In an effort to continue to promote the life, work and relevance of Gabriela Mistral in today's world, the Foundation will distribute free copies of this documentary in its Spanish version to public schools in Chile. The documentary was produced by the Gabriela Mistral Foundation.

• DONATION OF WHEELCHAIRS. The foundation wishes to continue this program which made a great impact in the lives of so many.     

• PEDIATRIC HUMANITARIAN MEDICAL MISSION TO CHILE IN  2005

• MISTRALIAN CONFERENCES IN THE UNITED STATES AND CHILE
