Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of the Media,

 

On behalf of the Gabriela Mistral Foundation we wish to thank you for your interest in covering this important event and we ask that you kindly read the information below:

 

1. There will be no exclusive interviews with Ms. Allende, no exceptions.

 

2. Media outlets that help promote the Gala with an ad and /or article [of any size]:

         * can designate one representative (print/radio media) - 2 representatives (TV: journalist & camera person)

         * representative can attend the "Conversation and the Cocktail" --  not the dinner

         * your logo will be included in the Gala and Foundation website as of the day the ad/article is published

         * the Ad/link to the article will be published in our Facebook page 

         * you will receive acknowledgement in the evening program 

 

2.  Media  outlets that will only cover the "Conversation" on the day of the dinner can:

      * designate 1 representative (print/radio media) - 2 representatives (TV: journalist & camera person)

      * to cover the "Conversation" only

 

3.  We encourage our friends of the media to cover the Silent Auction: Twelve Chilean Women Artists Honor Gabriela Mistral & Isabel Allende ---a unique one of kind work of art that perfectly brings together literature and the visual arts. (please visit our page: Silent Auction)

 

4. If you are the person covering this event:

 

         * Kindly send an email identifying yoursef and the news outlet you represent along with a scan of your

            business card, no later than 3 days prior to the event and return the completed form that will be emailed to you.

 

         *Print media:      1 representative

           Television:        2 representatives (journalist and camera person)

 

        * Kindly confirm your attendance the day before the event

 

        * Due to venue regulations: if your name and affiliation is not on the list you will not be able to enter

 

      *  You will need to pick up your press pass upon check-in.

   

       * The Gabriela Mistral Foundation will have an official photographer covering this event.
